Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicester. In 2021 we were rated 'Outstanding' for the third time by Ofsted. In 2022, 75% of all grades achieved at GCSE were 5 or above and 40% of all grades achieved at GCSE were grade 7 or above.

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational Head of Music to join our successful team. The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in our ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives. Passion is at the heart of our practice and it is essential that you have the ability to enthuse and motivate those around you. Be the best you can be!
