Job summary

London Museum is seeking an experienced Event Operations Lead to head up operational event planning and live delivery across its museum estate.

You will embed a new events framework, bring teams together and build a confident operation that can deliver safely, consistently and at scale. This role requires turning health and safety, fire safety, licensing and regulatory requirements into practical event plans and managing managers with clear accountability.

• Substantial experience of leading events in complex, high-footfall or multi-space venues.
• Strong people leadership to develop managers and create clear accountability.
• Ability to translate health and safety, fire safety, licensing and regulatory requirements into practical event plans.
