The Head of MS UK Security Solutions Sales is a senior manager within our Commercial Solutions Organisation, leading, developing, and managing a large team of high-performing senior managers and Security Specialists to drive revenue and market share. This role is a key leader in our overall Security sales strategy, collaborating closely with Corporate, Engineering, Modern Work, and Azure teams.

We seek a proven sales leader to support a team of cybersecurity sellers in the Enterprise tier. The role involves delivering security thought leadership, strategies, and customer outcomes, guiding planning and execution of security opportunities, and working with stakeholders to cross-sell and upsell. This position offers opportunities for career growth, enhancing managerial, solution sales, collaboration skills, and security expertise.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs):

  • 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience AND leading sales organization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of relevant experience, or combinations with degrees as specified
  • Experience with security solutions like Palo Alto, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.
  • 6+ years of solution or services sales experience
  • Proven leadership in security sales, team motivation, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
  • 3+ years of people management, strong problem-solving, time management, and industry knowledge
  • Technical understanding of cloud security technologies such as Threat protection, Kill Chain, CNAPP, SIEM, Multi-Cloud Security, and Identity & Access Management
Responsibilities
  • Develop understanding of customer industries and needs, build trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Lead the team in developing strategies for digital transformation and revenue growth
  • Provide coaching, technical and sales capability development, and talent management
  • Drive project execution, foster a growth and learning culture, and collaborate across teams
