What you’ll be doing

  • Lead underwriting, completions, and telephony teams in the Buy-To-Let department.
  • Ensure smooth, compliant, and customer-focused mortgage delivery.
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex queries and complaints.
  • Champion continuous improvement of customer journeys.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver the business plan and support transformation
About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Deep understanding of the Buy-To-Let mortgage market and lifecycle.
  • Proven leadership experience in senior management roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week, typically 8.30am to 5pm with flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week
