Job summary

Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College is seeking an experienced Head of MIS and Funding to lead the MIS department and align its work with college goals. The role involves managing funding reporting, data management, and strategic insights derived from management information.

You will work with executive and curriculum teams to ensure timely, accurate data for SAR processes and Ofsted inspections, and to support performance monitoring across the college.

Qualifications

• Experience and in-depth knowledge of funding methodologies and reporting requirements for relevant funding streams.
• Ability to understand data requirements to support SAR and Ofsted inspections.
• Advanced IT skills and the ability to analyse and present data at strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MIS team in strategic initiatives and daily operations.
• Ensure data requirements of funding organisations are met and provide accurate, high-quality reports to Executive team and curriculum managers.
• Coordinate with other department heads to integrate MIS resources effectively.
• Ensure timely management information to aid performance monitoring and support SAR and Ofsted inspections.
