Job description

Camino Search is proud to be partnered with a high-growth, PE-backed professional services business at the beginning of an exciting journey. Backed by a leading private equity firm, the business has an ambitious vision: to scale to a £1bn+ enterprise value within the next five years through a focused buy-and-build strategy.

We are seeking a Head of M&A to join the team and play a pivotal role in driving this ambitious growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a business in its early stages and take ownership of the M&A strategy, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the private equity sponsor.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end M&A execution
  • Work closely with the CEO and PE investors to shape the inorganic growth strategy
  • Travel across the UK to meet target companies
  • Complete 3–5 deals per year in the UK
  • Build strong relationships with target companies, advisors, and internal stakeholders

  • Proven track record of executing successful transactions
  • Experience in professional services sector.
  • UK-based and able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
