We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Member Communications to join our Workplace Distribution channel and lead our Member Communications Team. This role is critical to the success of the Workplace business in both securing new and retaining existing clients.
As Head of Member Communications you will ultimately be responsible for working in partnership with high value employer clients to deliver tailored communication programmes to meet their needs, presenting both virtually and face to face to their membership.
You will also work closely with the Client Relationship Team throughout the lifetime of the scheme and develop strong relationships with clients to position Aegon as a communication leader in the DC market. You’ll be an inspirational leader who will take our member communications strategy to the next level. This is a role which combines great leadership with deep industry expertise and excellent presentational skills to help members of our key workplace clients engage with and understand their retirement savings.
