Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.
  • 5 years of experience working with Media/Broadcasting Industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives across multiple lines of business.

YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering service models for Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams to drive sustainable partner growth and customer lifetime value. The team works closely with Business, Product, and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across partner and consumer segments. Core capabilities include innovating partner and consumer service models, defining success measures, enabling change management, and developing pilots to test new frontline models.

Responsibilities

  • Operate at the center of the YouTube cross-functional Leadership team in EMEA, responsible for driving YouTube's growth in the region.
  • Lead a team of Product Activation Managers to execute the product go-to-market strategy in EMEA for key YouTube verticals: Film and TV/Broadcasters, Family and Kids (Youth), Learning, News, Health.
  • Provide strategic insight and leadership for region-specific GTM initiatives, addressing regional challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and product adoption goals, maintaining awareness of industry trends and market needs.
  • Maintain strong relations with global counterparts and coordinate cross-functional teams within the regional organization.
