OFG Education is seeking a Head of Maths at Longdon Hall School in Lichfield to lead a thriving department and inspire students to enjoy mathematics. You will shape the curriculum and drive teaching excellence, developing colleagues and driving student progress.

The role requires QTS, proven leadership, and a commitment to high standards. Salary up to £45,000 per year, permanent contract, start January 2027, 37.5 hours weekly, UK applicants only.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS and substantial Mathematics teaching experience.
• Proven track record of leadership and raising pupil attainment.
• Experience in curriculum development and staff coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maths curriculum across the school.
• Manage day-to-day Maths department operations and uphold high expectations.
• Drive teaching, learning, assessment and pupil progress in Maths.
