Overview

We are seeking a Head of Maths and English to lead our provision at the Aylesbury Campus, driving excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment while cultivating a high-performing, motivated team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Maths and English educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement engaging, inclusive programmes of study that support individual progression and achievement.
  • Drive quality assurance and improvement processes, ensuring compliance and excellence across all aspects of delivery.
  • Monitor learner progress and lead impactful interventions to support achievement.
  • Collaborate cross-campus to share best practice and maximise student success.
  • Champion the student voice and use feedback to enhance the learning experience.
