Job summary

Continu Plus Academy in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, is seeking an experienced Head of Maths to lead the maths department and drive excellence in GCSE delivery across KS4/5. The role focuses on educational and pastoral provision, with line management of teaching staff and curriculum leadership.

The successful candidate will set high standards, report to Governors termly, and oversee performance management and curriculum design to meet diverse learner needs.
