Job summary

New Collaborative Learning Trust (NCLT) is seeking a dynamic Maths leader to join Brinsworth Academy. This permanent, full-time position offers an opportunity to shape the department’s direction as the school undertakes an ambitious improvement journey.

You will work with a committed team dedicated to achieving excellence for all students. The successful candidate will lead a high-potential Maths department, support strategic development, and help drive improvements across GCSE and Post-16

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Maths department or equivalent leadership role.
• Ambitious, student-centred approach with focus on GCSE and Post-16 outcomes.
• Ability to contribute to organisational development and school improvement.
