Vendoir is an early-stage startup poised for explosive growth, and we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our founding leadership team. You won't just be running campaigns; you'll be building the entire marketing foundation of a company with limitless potential.

About the Role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will have full strategic and operational ownership of the marketing function. We need a leader who can craft a compelling brand story, drive demand, and build a scalable growth machine. You will be the voice of Vendoir in the market and a pivotal player in our journey.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Build the Blueprint: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy from scratch.
• Craft the Brand: Define and build the Vendoir brand identity, voice, and messaging to create a strong, resonant market presence.
• Drive Growth: Spearhead user acquisition and lead generation efforts across all relevant channels (Digital, Content, SEO/SEM, Social Media, PR, Partnerships, etc.).
• Create & Curate: Oversee the creation of all marketing assets and content, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact.
• Measure What Matters: Define, track, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform strategy.
• Be the Expert: Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a strategic advantage.
• Lead & Collaborate: Work in lockstep with the CEO and other leaders on go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and key business initiatives.
• Roll Up Your Sleeves: Be prepared to be both a high-level strategist and a hands-on executor in these critical early stages.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• A proven track record in a senior marketing role (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Director), with significant experience in a tech startup or other fast-growth environment.
• Demonstrable success in building and scaling a marketing function from the ground up.
• Deep, hands-on expertise across the full marketing stack, including analytics, automation, and content creation.
• A powerful entrepreneurial spirit: you are a self-starter who thrives in uncertainty, is relentlessly resourceful, and is intrinsically motivated to build.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
• A sharp, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and a clear strategy.
