The wider Marketing and Communications team includes Communications, Creative, Media Planning, and Social Media. Our award-winning marketing team devises effective, efficient, and innovative strategies and plans for our brands and content genres. UKTV's Marketing team has contributed to the network's strong market share, revenue growth, and the enjoyment of millions of fans across the nation.
Purpose of the role
The Head of Marketing, Unscripted, is primarily responsible for UKTV's unscripted content, leading our marketing efforts in the dynamic broadcast industry. Launching titles such as Pete Wicks For Dogs Sake, Silence is Golden, Emma Willis Delivering Babies, Bangers and Cash, and Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over, the unscripted slate is a key part of UKTV's growth strategy. As a senior member of the Marketing department, this role drives strategy and marketing approach for unscripted content, with direct responsibility for brand and marketing performance. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives to elevate our brand, increase audience engagement, and support revenue growth. This role leads a team experienced in executing comprehensive marketing strategies and collaborates with key stakeholders to influence strategy, drive performance, and enhance creativity and effectiveness.
