RL Commercial in Manchester leads marketing and ticketing strategy for major rugby league events. The Head of Marketing will build brands, grow audiences, and drive attendance while delivering measurable commercial value. This senior role requires leadership across campaigns, CRM, and partnerships, with a strong focus on revenue growth.

The position is based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements and travel as required, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Competenze

Significant senior marketing experience in sport, entertainment or high-engagement consumer org.
Proven track record in building brands and growing audiences.
Experience driving ticket sales, attendance and revenue growth.
Strong mix of brand strategy, campaigns, paid media and customer marketing.
Ability to turn research and data into marketing decisions.
Experience managing budgets, agencies and partners.

Mansioni

Lead RL Commercial’s marketing, ticketing and audience growth strategy.
Develop and evolve brands and propositions with clear KPIs and plans.
Drive ticket sales for major events (Super League Grand Final, Magic Weekend, etc.).
Lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and social channels.
