What You’ll Lead :

  • Big Picture Strategy : Craft and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive traffic, and grow market share.
  • Team Brilliance : Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of marketers—fueling collaboration, creativity, and results.
  • Brand Powerhouse : Balance global consistency with local impact , turning insights into campaigns that resonate.
  • Retail, E-Com & Wholesale Marketing : Drive performance across all channels—online and offline.
  • Digital-First Thinking : Own the social, content, influencer, and paid media spaces to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Sports & Lifestyle Integration : Build relationships with athletes, teams, and communities to take our performance and lifestyle categories to new heights.
  • Media & PR Magic : Manage media planning and killer storytelling through PR, digital, TV, OOH, and more.
  • Results, Always : Lead reporting, budget management, and ROI analysis—because data is your superpower.

What You Bring :

  • 8+ years in senior marketing roles— brand, retail, digital —you’ve done it all.
  • Experience in omnichannel brand building and high-impact campaign execution .
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, social & influencer strategies .
  • Proven success in managing multi-million dollar budgets and showing the ROI.
  • Experience working with athletes, sports marketing, or performance brands is a major plus.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on hustle —you think big and execute brilliantly.
