What you'll be doing:

As our Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our marketing success. Your responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Vision & Execution: Developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that seamlessly aligns with Satalia's overarching business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Team Leadership & Development: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the Brand Circle team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will be responsible for performance management, professional development, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
• Budget Management & Resource Optimization: Taking full ownership of the Brand Circle's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic marketing goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key internal stakeholders, including WPP Partnerships, Consulting, and Sales. You will build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring seamless alignment and effective communication across all departments.
• Performance Measurement & Optimization: Establishing robust tracking and measurement frameworks for all marketing activities. You will leverage data and analytics to identify areas for continuous improvement, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate tangible business impact.
• Innovation & Continuous Learning: Championing a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the Brand Circle. You will encourage new ideas, embrace emerging trends, and drive a forward-thinking approach to marketing.
• Technology & Platform Oversight: Overseeing the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.

• Communication & Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively articulate vision, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships at all levels.
• Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to build and maintain robust relationships with diverse internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.
• Integrated Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across a wide variety of channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, PR, and events.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to leverage data and insights to inform marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets, demonstrating a clear understanding of financial planning and resource allocation.
• Marketing Technology Proficiency: Knowledge and experience with various marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
• Agile & Dynamic Mindset: Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• B2B Marketing Expertise (Even Better!): Experience in a B2B marketing context is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise-level marketing strategies.
