Job Description:

Buckden Partners are supporting a leading UK property finance provider. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and elevate brand presence.

They have a new property investment platform being launched later this year so this person will be leading the launch strategy for this, and continuing the support of their marketing efforts on the lending side of the business.

Role Overview: The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance market position, attract new clients, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the property or financial services sector, a deep understanding of the property market, and a proven track record in marketing. The successful candidate will lead the Company’s market strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in the financial services or property sector.
• Proven track record of success in leading, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of the property market and finance products.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
