Our client, a leading B2B consultancy, is seeking a Head of Marketing with proven experience in people-management and a strong marketing background to lead their team based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll be accountable for delivering business revenue and growth targets while leading the full marketing function. It requires experience in an office-based, sales focused environment. The ideal candidate would have a creative mindset, and a genuine passion for producing high-impact work.

We’re looking for someone who has:

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the delivery of the strategy and day-to-day execution of direct response marketing across digital campaigns and all social platforms.
  • Driving high standards, deliver best-in-class marketing, and identify opportunities for growth, powered by strong leadership and deep knowledge of the business, product, and vision.
  • Leading a high-performing marketing team with creativity, flexibility,
    and a proactive approach to weekly planning and commercial delivery. Success comes through continuous self-development and mentoring others to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team in a role that will stretch
    marketing capability, disruptive, fast-paced, and career-defining.
  • Managing lead generation and performance targets across digital, social, and multimedia channels.
  • Increasing customer engagement and retention to maximise event attendance.
  • Overseeing online and offline marketing assets to reflect brand values, extend reach, and drive sales.
  • Growing global databases and communities, increasing lifetime customer value, and improving engagement through effective nurturing.
  • Reporting on all key data and KPIs to the board of Directors.
