Description

We are seeking a highly-driven and payments-savvy Head of Marketing to lead and execute Tebex's global marketing strategy in the gaming payments space.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for positioning Tebex as the category leader while personally delivering high-impact campaigns, content, and programs.

You will be a part of the senior leadership at Tebex, combining deep B2B marketing expertise with an understanding of global payment systems to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop and execute quarterly go-to-market strategies for Tebex's payments business
  • Own and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, content, PR, events, and partnerships - balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery
  • Translate complex payment capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for multiple audiences: game studios, creators, payment providers, and investors
  • Lead Tebex's presence at global industry events - from strategic planning to on-the-ground execution - capturing leads and building industry visibility
  • Leverage Tebex's payments data to create and optimise high-impact content, including thought leadership, case studies, sales collateral, and original research reports
  • Drive PR and communications efforts, working with agencies and internal teams to secure industry press coverage, speaking opportunities, and awards
  • Develop co-marketing programs with payment partners, game studios, and platforms to showcase Tebex's real-world commercial impact
  • Track and analyse market trends in global and local payment methods, gamer behaviour, and emerging technologies to inform strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with payments/fintech and gaming/digital content experience
  • Proven ability to lead strategy while also executing hands-on across campaigns, content, and events
  • Deep understanding of global and regional payment methods (cards, wallets, cash/OTC, A2A, BNPL, crypto) and their commercial impact
  • Demonstrated success in delivering international, multi-channel marketing programs with measurable ROI
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to bridge technical detail and commercial outcomes
  • High EQ, comfortable building relationships across product, sales, and partner teams
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is committed to exceptional output
