Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to drive efficiency, innovation, and performance across of this successful marketing function. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead the engine room of our marketing efforts ensuring seamless execution, smart spend, and high-impact campaigns across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing Production: Oversee internal creative teams to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
- Manage Agency Partnerships: Build strong, cost-effective relationships with external agencies.
- Optimise Cross-Channel Operations: Drive performance across digital, print, broadcast, and experiential marketing.
- Maximise ROI: Monitor and refine marketing budgets to ensure every pound delivers value.
- Streamline Processes: Improve workflows for campaign execution, approvals, and reporting.
- Leverage Data & Tech: Use analytics and automation tools to enhance decision-making and productivity.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align marketing operations with creative, media, and commercial goals.
- Ensure Compliance & Brand Integrity: Uphold regulatory standards and brand consistency across all touchpoints
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing operations within a retail or consumer-facing environment.
- Deep knowledge of marketing production and agency collaboration.
- Expertise across digital and traditional media (social, search, TV, print, OOH, etc.).
- Strong budget management and ROI optimisation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, automation platforms, and performance tracking.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for process improvement and operational innovation.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Confident communicator, able to influence senior leadership and external partners.
