Job summary

Victorian Plumbing is seeking a commercial heavyweight to lead our marketing team, blending brand prestige with performance marketing to drive rapid growth for a household name in home retail.

Based at our offices in Leyland, Skelmersdale or Birmingham City Centre, you will own CAC, LTV, and cost‑of‑sale metrics, shape the brand, and scale our MarTech and data strategy while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Own and govern CAC, LTV and cost-of-sale efficiency.
• Shape brand identity and oversee major hero campaigns.
• Direct MarTech architecture and first-party data strategy.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Product and Operations.
• Mentor and grow the marketing team and plan recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Growth: Own metrics like CAC, LTV and cost-of-sale efficiency.
• Shape Brand Identity: Set tone, oversee hero campaigns and packaging.
• Scale MarTech: Manage data strategy and external agency ecosystem.
• Lead Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Finance, Product, Operations on margins and calendars.
• Develop Talent: Mentor the team and map a hiring plan.
