This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world leading luxury hotel in London with fantastic opportunities for growth. It is a unique position and one where they are looking for the best of the best. You will take full ownership of all marketing activities and be a trusted, decision maker for the brand.

Role Overview

As the Head of Marketing, you will be the brand custodian, responsible for all external messaging and positioning. Leading an in-house team and collaborating with external agencies, you will oversee a range of activities from content creation, marketing communications and take ownership of the brand. Your leadership will ensure the hotel's reputation as a premier destination is upheld and enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated marketing team, ensuring alignment with the hotel's objectives and strategic position the business in the market

Media Relations: Develop and execute proactive media strategies to ensure global coverage is the highest quality.

Community Engagement: Forge partnerships within the business community to position the hotel as a leading community, top employer, and sustainable establishment.

Marketing Communications: Oversee the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, manage website content, and collaborate on joint programs with luxury brands.

Crisis Communications: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, providing training to key staff to ensure preparedness.

What we need from you:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience within a luxury brand across 360 marketing.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in media relations, community involvement, and marketing communications.

They are open to other industries than hotels, but they are looking for someone to lead the brand and is a strong decision maker.
