Job summary

Brighton College Prep School is seeking a Head of Marketing to provide strategic leadership of the school’s marketing and communications activities across the whole school. Reporting directly to the Head Master, the Head of Marketing will drive the school’s external profile and pupil recruitment while working with the Senior Management Team.

You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, build relationships with families, alumni, and publications, and collaborate with the broader Brighton College Family

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic marketing and communications.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in education or similar sectors.
• Ability to build the school's profile across local and international audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the School.
• Lead pupil recruitment campaigns nationally and internationally.
• Act as a senior public face and collaborate with SMT and College.
• Monitor market trends and manage the marketing budget.
