Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking a dynamic marketing and business development professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation to join one of our prestigious global law firm clients as a Head of Marketing and Business Development and lead their London team. This pivotal role involves managing a talented team, collaborating with global leaders, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm's marketing and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the London Marketing & Business Development team, providing guidance and performance management.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, business development, and communications strategies.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives.
  4. Oversee media relations and communications, ensuring effective brand messaging.
  5. Manage the London marketing budget and provide regular reports to the Director of Global Marketing and Business Development.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of eight years' experience in marketing and business development, ideally within the legal or professional services sector.
  2. Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and performance oversight.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and project management.
