Location: London

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 from home

Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking a dynamic marketing and business development professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation to join one of our prestigious, elite global law firm clients as a Head of Marketing and Business Development and lead their London team. This pivotal role reports to the Global Director, you will be managing a talented team, collaborating with global leaders, and shaping the strategic direction of the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the London Marketing & Business Development team, providing guidance and performance management.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, business development, and communications strategies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee media relations and communications, ensuring effective brand messaging.
• Manage the London marketing budget and provide regular reports to the Director of Global Marketing and Business Development.
