What will you do in this position?

As Head of Marketing, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives across online and offline channels in the Health & Beauty space. You will manage product portfolios including mayonnaises, bakery goods, cosmetics, ingredients, aromas, and innovative product solutions.

You will:

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Utilize data-informed decision-making through analytics and customer insights to optimize campaigns and increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and markets based on industry knowledge.
  • Lead marketing campaigns to increase product visibility, brand recognition, and market share.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep offerings innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business development and partnerships.
What should you bring?
  • 8+ years experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in Health & Beauty, Ingredients, or Cosmetics.
  • Proven success in executing marketing strategies in fast-paced industries.
  • Deep knowledge of product development, ingredients, aromas, and cosmetic applications including food-related lines like mayonnaises and bakery products.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong network in the UK market and understanding of local consumer behaviors.
