We are working with an established and highly respected hotel group renowned for its commitment to exceptional food, warm hospitality, and thoughtful guest experiences. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & PR to lead brand strategy, communications, and marketing activity across the group.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketing professional to join a values-driven, creative, and ambitious business at an exciting point in its journey. The successful candidate will take ownership of all brand, marketing, and PR activity—working closely with the leadership team to build brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a group-wide, multi-channel marketing and PR strategy.
  2. Lead all public relations activity including media relations, press campaigns, and storytelling.
  3. Oversee digital marketing, including content strategy, social media, and email marketing.
  4. Deliver successful marketing campaigns around openings, seasonal menus, and key events.
  5. Build and nurture VIP and loyalty programmes to drive customer retention.
  6. Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency of tone, visual identity, and guest experience.
  7. Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
  8. Manage external agencies and, in time, build a high-performing internal marketing team.
