We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Marketing and Communications to lead the Marketing and Communications Team at Ty Hafan.
This is an exciting time to join Ty Hafan, having recently launched our Strategic Plan, which outlines our goals for supporting every family in need.
The Marketing and Communications Team is crucial in delivering our vision of a Wales where no family faces the unimaginable loss of their child alone. This role will contribute to income generation, help reach more families, and support recruitment and retention of talented staff.
You will lead the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies to enhance our brand, communicate effectively with target audiences, and oversee integrated campaigns. You will also craft inspiring messaging and content that drives action.
Providing leadership and direction, you will support your team to achieve their objectives and optimize performance across all channels.
If you have significant experience leading a marketing and communications team to meet ambitious targets, we would love to hear from you. You should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience across various online and offline channels.
Experience in charity marketing is not essential but is preferred, and an understanding of applying your skills within a charity context is advantageous.
We believe no family should face a child's short life alone. We support families through our hospice, community services, hospitals, and homes, ensuring they are not alone in their journey.
Our vision is a Wales where every child with a life-shortening condition lives a fulfilling life with the necessary support. Our purpose is to provide free, compassionate care throughout the child's life and beyond. Our values include demonstrating compassion, providing excellent service, working together, and taking ownership.
Applications and interviews will be assessed based on the person specification. Our system will time out after 120 minutes of inactivity; please save your responses or prepare in advance to avoid losing information.
This role is subject to a DBS check, two references, and medical clearance. Ty Hafan is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
