We’re quickly expanding the breadth of our product offering at Beam with revolutionary, AI-powered products that have the potential to transform the effectiveness of caseworkers and social workers globally - our first one is MagicNotes. Between these products, there’s a huge amount of exciting and important work to do, and we need more folks to join our talented engineering team.

We’ve already seen incredible growth from our MagicNotes product - that is helping case workers save over 8 hours a week of admin. Our usage has increased drastically over the last few months and we are now processing 10,000+ hours of audio from caseworkers a week. This is just the beginning.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll manage and lead a small team while directly owning the go-to-market strategy and execution for key areas of the business. Reporting directly to the executive team and working closely with our founders, you’ll directly shape how Beam shows up in the world.

You’ll work across the entire customer journey—collaborating with sales, customer success, and product—to drive adoption, launch new features, and expand our impact. As Beam evolves from Magic Notes into a broader product suite, you’ll help us enter new verticals, grow our footprint with government partners, and bring new tools to life for users.

This is a fast paced, broad and high impact role in a rapidly growing tech-for-good.

You’ll be:

  • Leading go-to-market strategy – from launching new products to sales enablement, you’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Support and Sales to bring new products to market

  • Driving demand across multiple channels – from PR to email, content and social, you’ll build and optimise campaigns that generate high-quality leads

  • Owning campaign funnels – you’ll work collaboratively to continually define our ideal customer profiles, and build dashboards that give us real-time insight into what’s working

  • Running targeted lifecycle campaigns – you’ll segment audiences, A/B test ideas, and write sharp, tailored copy that speaks directly to our users in different verticals

  • Engaging users with vertical specific content - targeted lifecycle campaigns with engaging webinars, events and content will help our users get the most out of Beam

  • Sharing the Beam story – you’ll help us stand out with bold, clear, consistent messaging. Regular PR and thought leadership ensures Beam seen with the audiences who matter

  • Building a high performance team – you’ll lead, coach and manage a small, growing team while staying hands-on with execution, especially in high-impact areas

  • Partnering across the business – working closely with sales, product, customer success and the leadership team to ensure marketing supports and accelerates company goals

You are:

  • An experienced B2B marketer - you’ll bring bags of experience in high growth SaaS environments

  • A swiss army knife - you love owning the whole funnel and have experience across demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing

  • A first class communicator - you can write copy which resonates decision-makers, users and prospective customers

  • A commercial and analytical marketer - you know how to connect marketing activity to impact, and love learning about new industries and areas

  • Results-driven - you thrive working towards ambitious individual KPIs

  • A high performance leader - you have experience leading small teams, and enjoy helping others to grow whilst staying close to the work yourself

  • Adaptive and resilient - you thrive in a dynamic environment and are optimistic about overcoming obstacles while maintaining motivation

  • Create and solutions focused - when there’s a bottleneck, you bring solutions and novel ideas for experimentation that deliver value for customers
