Job Description:

This role is with a top 200 law firm, serving as the Head of Marketing and Business Development. As the leading position in this function, you will be part of the operating board and report directly to the CEO. The role is based in Yorkshire with a hybrid working pattern, involving weekly presence in Leeds and other Yorkshire offices.

You will lead the development of key growth strategies for the next five years and oversee their implementation with a small team. Your focus will be on expanding profitable lines of business across the firm's three main areas: claimant, personal, and business sectors. The firm has a strong foundation in marketing and BD, and the leadership team is eager to support innovative ideas and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities include managing the firm's brand, website development (including SEO), and business development activities, with an emphasis on conversion. This role requires someone who has mastered best practices and is ready to take full ownership of strategy and execution, acting as the functional head of Marketing and BD. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills are essential to collaborate effectively across the firm and to lead and develop your team.
