Job Description

This role is part of a fast-growing, established business with a focus on FLANNELS as it expands into luxury and contemporary fashion, and on FRASERS to grow with new stores and categories. You will oversee the re-launch of 18montrose, our Lifestyle brand, and other fascias under the Luxury and Premium sectors.

This position suits an entrepreneurial marketer eager to develop skills in a dynamic, agile environment. You will lead, have autonomy, and make a tangible impact from day one. Working with the senior team, you will drive marketing for Luxury, Premium, and Beauty categories, devising strategies and creating compelling offline and online campaigns that resonate with our evolving consumer base. You will be the brand guardian, inspiring marketing and commercial teams, and collaborating with brand partners to create successful campaigns aligned with mutual objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing strategy for the Premium, Luxury & Beauty divisions to foster brand and commercial growth.
  • Oversee marketing functions across fascias and categories.
  • Build relationships with brand marketing teams and create joint business plans.
  • Ensure campaign briefs meet business and brand objectives with strategic storytelling.
  • Manage campaigns across retail, digital, social, and PR channels.
  • Oversee seasonal marketing calendars and team delivery.
  • Manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Use data analytics to review and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging.
  • Lead a team of seven, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Report key updates to senior leadership.
  • Potentially work across other fascias like Gieves and Hawkes or 18montrose.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of senior marketing experience in fashion/retail, with strong leadership.
  • Natural leader, inspiring and guiding teams.
  • Industry experience and strategic planning skills are essential; degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of the UK consumer and market.
  • Strong relationships within the industry.
  • Experience managing budgets and raising brand investment.
  • Excellent retail and digital marketing knowledge.
  • Creative with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, willing to travel, and with valid UK work rights.
