About The Team You'll Be Joining

As the most senior marketer in the business, you’ll be leading a full stack marketing team across product marketing, growth marketing, CRM, brand, partnerships, and social with the opportunity to bring in freelancers and agencies for additional coverage. You’ll partner closely with Data, Design, and Product to ensure messaging and campaigns resonate in the market. You’ll own the strategy, budgets, and partnerships, collaborating with clients, freelancers, and investors.

About The Role

This is a 12 month FTC (on a 4 day week). You’ll be covering our existing Marketing Lead during a growth phase, working with Finance, Design, Product, and Data to acquire, engage, and retain users, driving growth and revenue while building a world-class brand. You will be the guardian of 1.5m Seatfrog customers (and growing!). You’ll monitor key metrics like MAUs, upgrade volume, cross-sell/upsell, and own marketing’s role in commercial metrics such as ARPU, LTV, and CACs. Success requires collaboration, influence, strategic thinking, and data-driven decisiveness, supported by strong leadership and fundamentals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with research and product teams to understand and champion customer needs.
  • Build and foster a world-class brand.
  • Oversee PR to enhance awareness of Seatfrog’s offerings.
  • Define, track, and report on marketing OKRs and performance metrics.
  • Manage attribution models and measurement frameworks for spend efficiency.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation across brand, performance, and product marketing.
  • Lead acquisition and retention efforts to grow MAU and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Optimize CAC through channel testing and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with product teams to create engaging customer journeys.
  • Promote a test-and-learn culture with a balance of quick wins and long-term initiatives.
  • Partner with product and design teams for customer and competitor insights.
  • Align internal stakeholders around marketing priorities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative and commercially-minded marketing culture.
