A leading dance music record label group seeks a Head of Marketing to spearhead global marketing strategies for exciting artists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance music, strong marketing experience, and a creative flair to engage audiences. Head of Marketing – Dance Music Record Label Group
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and culturally tuned-in Head of Marketing to lead campaigns across a label group, specialising in cutting-edge dance and electronic music, an independent label group working with some of the most exciting names in dance music from chart-topping artists to underground heroes.
The Role:
You’ll drive global marketing strategy across releases, build artist brands, and grow audiences and lead on digital, content, influencer, and partnership strategies while working closely with artists, managers, and DSPs. This is a senior role with scope to build a team and shape the future of the label brand(s).
Requirements:
• Deep love and knowledge of dance/electronic music
• Proven experience leading marketing campaigns (label, DSP, agency or brand side)
• Strong creative instinct and cultural fluency (TikTok, IG, festivals, nightlife)
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute
• Network of freelancers, creators, and media partners a plus
• Comfortable with data, budgets, and artist-first thinking
Location: UK preferred, hybrid/flexible.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
