Role for Head of Marketing
The role of Head of Marketing: Looking for a senior marketing role where you can lead a team and still stay hands-on? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing medical business with a strong reputation in the healthcare sector.

A passionate Marketing leader to drive brand growth through product launches, events, and integrated marketing campaigns. Managing a team of three, this is a broad and hands-on role with real strategic input. You’ll lead on key product launches, oversee event delivery, and support digital and offline campaigns that contribute directly to commercial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and mentoring a team across digital, content, and events
  • Planning and executing new product launches across UK markets
  • Leading the delivery of national events, workshops, and exhibitions
  • Overseeing day-to-day marketing execution – collateral, campaigns, branding
  • Working closely with the sales and product teams to align strategy
  • Managing external agencies and analysing campaign performance
