Requirements

Responsibilities (ranked by priority)

• Data: Analyze data to understand performance, identify trends, and report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR) to the founding team
• Ambassador Program: Create and execute ambassador program from scratch
• UGC: Develop and implement strategy for community to create UGC
• Influencer Partnerships: Manage partnerships, propose, test, and optimize new strategies
• Social Media: Strategize and execute social media content planning and publishing. Manage brand presence by actively engaging with comments across all channels
• In-Person: Spearhead in-person show campaigns to drive brand awareness
• In-app campaigns: Plan and execute in-app campaigns and promos
• Paid Acquisition: Own end to end paid ads, FB / IG are our main channels
