The Role
We're on the lookout for a well-rounded and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the charge on a portfolio of long-term client accounts. This client-facing role will oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of a range of digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics. You'll thrive in a team-oriented environment and be confident in managing client relationships and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Strategy

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on all digital marketing matters.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and strategic insights.
  • Translate business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies tailored to each client.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, development, content) to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Track and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to continuously refine SEO and paid media approaches.

SEO & Website Performance

  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Work with developers to enhance site performance, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Optimize metadata, internal linking, and content structure to boost visibility and rankings.

Content & Social Media

  • Create and manage editorial calendars across multiple brands.
  • Develop compelling visual and video content for websites and social platforms.
  • Oversee social media scheduling, publishing, and engagement.

Email Marketing & CRM Automation

  • Design and manage targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Set up automation workflows to support lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and conversions.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Tag Manager.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Track and evaluate SEO progress, ad campaign results, email performance, and social media metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
  • Experience using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Competency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or the ability to liaise with developers on web projects.
