As they continue their upward trajectory, they’re looking for a commercially mindedHead of Marketingto join their leadership team and help them scale to the next level.

Salary– £60,000 – £70,000

About the role– This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for leading the marketing function, shaping the brand, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ultimately helping to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Marketing position include:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Define and own the marketing roadmap across digital, brand, content, and offline channels.
  • Set and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI across all activity.
  • Lead and mentor a small but growing marketing team (internal and/or agency).

Brand & Content

  • Own brand positioning, tone of voice, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee content strategy, campaigns, and storytelling that resonates with our audience.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead on performance channels (PPC, paid social, SEO, email) with a data-led approach.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to inform tactical decisions.
  • Work closely with eCommerce and product teams to optimise the customer funnel.

Customer Growth & CRM

  • Develop and execute retention and loyalty strategies to maximise customer LTV.
  • Manage CRM/email automation and segmentation strategies.

PR & Partnerships

  • Identify and execute on partnership, influencer, and PR opportunities to drive awareness and traffic.
  • Be a brand ambassador externally and help build media and community presence.

Requirements –

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • A track record of delivering performance and brand marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience across digital channels, content, CRM, and brand development.
