About the Company

Russell & Bromley is the destination luxury fashion footwear & accessories brand for the everyday. A leading force in British fashion with over 40 stores operating across the UK and Ireland.

Combining European craftsmanship with a British glint in the eye, Russell & Bromley offers iconic style and on-trend design that empowers people to feel exceptional every day. Founded in Lewes in 1880, borne from a love story between Albion Russell’s daughter, Elizabeth, and George Bromley – today the business remains family-owned, operated, and proudly independent.

The Russell & Bromley business is entering an exciting period of growth with Vision 2030, an ambitious five-year roadmap to fuel our future success, under the leadership of CEO Andrew Bromley. Strategic actions that include a commitment to brand and product transformation, continued growth of our UK & IRE retail footprint, and accelerated international expansion. An exciting opportunity to join at a huge inflection point for the business, coinciding with the launch of our first seasonal collection with new Creative Director, Daniel Beardsworth-Shaw and the relocation of our Global HQ to Kingly St. W1 in the heart of Soho, now home to our in-house design, creative, and product studios. Do you want to be part of our next chapter?

  • Oversee the full marketing mix including brand, CRM, digital performance, media, partnerships, retail/trade activations and events
  • Own day-to-day delivery, budget management, supplier relationships, reporting and campaign performance analysis
  • Champion the use of data and insights across the team, developing full-funnel reporting tools and driving a culture of measurable results
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, visual identity and values across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop and deliver a marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand growth
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to support key business initiatives including international expansion and new market entry (EU, ME, NA)
  • Play a key role in commercial decision-making, contributing customer insights to influence product, price and merchandising strategy
  • Build and embed a customer-centric CRM strategy across the business, working with new hires to bring this vision to life
  • Lead and develop a team of 6, including brand, CRM, media and performance marketing functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Creative, Ecom, Retail, IT and Merchandising to drive brand and commercial goals
  • Influence and inform senior leadership and the Board as the marketing lead on business-wide transformation projects
  • Actively manage agency partners, ensuring best-in-class delivery and value across all third-party relationships

About You

  • 6+ years' experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a premium/luxury fashion or retail brand
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive brand, customer, and commercial growth
  • Extensive knowledge of the full marketing mix: brand, CRM, TTL media, digital, partnerships, brand experience and retail activation
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and experience using data/insights to inform strategy
  • Inspiring people leader with a collaborative approach and passion for nurturing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of the UK fashion and retail landscape – international experience (EU, ME, NA) is a plus
  • Comfortable leading through change and transformation with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – confident presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functionally
  • Flexible to travel within the UK and internationally as the business grows
