Head of Marketing – Dash. Location: London / Hybrid | Type: Full-time | Department: Marketing.

Dash is building the future of ride-hailing. We’re not just another app—we’re redefining how drivers and riders interact by offering freedom, fairness, and transparency. We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our brand and marketing strategy.

About the Role

As Head of Marketing, you will set and execute Dash’s marketing vision. This leadership role requires creativity, executional sharpness, a deep understanding of digital culture, and agility. You will oversee marketing campaigns across social media, events, digital channels, and more.

We are an early-stage startup moving quickly. The ideal candidate is scrappy, resourceful, strategic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy & Ideation: Own marketing and communications strategies, including launch plans, campaigns, go-to-market strategies for product launches, features, and partnerships. Continuously optimize based on data, community feedback, and trends.
  2. Social Media & Content: Manage all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts). Coordinate with creators, designers, and editors to produce viral content. Maintain a content calendar including memes, motion graphics, and articles.
  3. Campaign & Event Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Lead event activations and pop-ups. Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  4. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead marketing team members, assign tasks, manage timelines, and oversee deliverables. Collaborate with product, operations, and partnerships teams.
  5. Trends & Community Insight: Stay connected to Gen Z, creator, and mobility cultures. React swiftly to viral moments. Maintain an authentic, distinct brand voice.
