The Opportunity:

As the driving force behind our marketing department, you will develop the brand narrative, enhance customer engagement, create and execute campaigns and accelerate growth across the UK and emerging international markets.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders to leverage our existing portfolio of customers whilst exploring new markets, as we continue to dominate our sector.

You will develop high-impact marketing campaigns that drive results via trade shows, email campaigns, digital channels and social media, amongst other traditional marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and elevates our brand presence across the UK and emerging international markets.
  • Oversee all marketing communications, including digital marketing, content creation, PR, and social media.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and strategic allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimise performance.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences, enhancing our profile and networking with potential clients and partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field (CIM, Degree, Levels 4, 5, 6, 7).
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, or similar, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high-performing teams.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong commercial acumen.
Desirable:
  • 5–10 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience planning, managing, and representing the business at industry events and trade shows
  • Demonstrated ability to build, launch, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, PPC, SEO, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Understanding of and exposure to international markets and global campaign coordination
