About the Role

Aspora is re‑imagining banking and investing for global immigrants. Each new market and product needs a story that cuts through noise, builds trust, and sparks FOMO—fast.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Head of Marketing who can architect a brand that speaks fluently to diverse personas—from tech‑savvy Gen Z creators in Dubai to cautious investors in London. Orchestrate integrated campaigns that dominate feeds, headlines, and dinner‑table conversations and consistently launch new products and geographies with a repeatable, world class, playbook.

What you’ll own
  • Global Brand Strategy – Define Aspora’s voice, visual system, and positioning across regions while allowing for local magic.

  • Product & Geography Launches – Build end‑to‑end GTM plans that create explosive first‑week awareness and sustainable growth.

  • Integrated Campaigns – Marry paid, owned, earned, and experiential into one punchy calendar; measure everything from share‑of‑voice to CAC.

  • Content & Storytelling Engine – Turn complex financial products into binge‑worthy narratives, thought leadership, and social moments.

  • Creative & Production – Manage in‑house makers and external agencies; ship assets that stop thumbs mid‑scroll.

  • Influencer & Community Programs – Activate diaspora creators, ambassadors, and customers to spread the gospel authentically.

  • Team Building – Recruit, mentor, and inspire a small but mighty crew across brand, growth, and comms.

Who you are
  • 7+ years leading brand + marketing in high‑growth tech or fintech across multiple regions.

  • A proven record of “culture‑hacking” launches (examples welcome).

  • Portfolio that shows world‑class storytelling—from viral videos to long‑form thought pieces.

  • Mastery of funnel analytics, attribution, and experimentation; fluent in GA/Looker/Amplitude (or your weapon of choice).

  • Experience managing agencies, creators, and an in‑house creative studio.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; you can turn regulatory jargon into a cliffhanger.

  • Startup DNA: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and sleeves permanently rolled up.
