This role will act as number 2 to the Marketing Director, Partner.

An exciting opportunity working for a leading private equity firm.

About Our Client

The client are industry leaders in mid-market venture capital and private equity principals. They are looking to hire a Head of Marketing, a new role within the team. This role will be responsible for working with the Marketing Director on developing the strategy and collaborating with the team on delivery.

Role is hybrid, based in central London.

Job Description

Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing include:

  • Investor & stakeholder communications: Lead support for high-profile presentations for investor relations, including Annual Investor Meeting, LP Advisory meetings, ensuring alignment with investor expectations and market positioning. Majority of this will be led by IR.
  • Vendor & agency management: Responsible for relationships with design agencies and creative partners to maintain brand integrity and deliver high-quality assets efficiently.
  • Broader marketing responsibilities: Provide additional branded content, animations, and assets where appropriate. Contribute to marketing budgets, award submissions, and other brand-related initiatives.
  • Impact and Agile Working: Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment. Drive impact by actively contributing as part of a small but impactful team, while also supporting longer-term strategic goals.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should:

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Be a proven marketeer with a strong track record across a broad set of marketing skills.
  • Be financially literate with excellent design skills.
  • Have international experience, which is an advantage.
  • Have experience working in financial services, specifically in private equity, investment banking, or investment management.
