HEAD OF MARKETING - Luxury restaurant group in central London

Full time (Monday-Friday). Some weekends required

Onsite only

£50-60k per annum

Main duties:

  • Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy across all our restaurants, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, including content, digital, social media, and PR specialists, to deliver high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee brand campaigns and marketing activations, ensuring all marketing assets, campaigns, and messaging are consistent and reflect the luxury and exclusivity of our venues.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including PR, events, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising to drive customer engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, and Events teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance guest experiences.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making, utilising analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Spearhead new venue launches and brand expansion efforts, ensuring successful market entry and positioning.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and press, maximising media coverage and brand exposure.
  • Continuously research market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, driving innovation and keeping our restaurant Group at the forefront of the luxury hospitality industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium F&B brands.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with a track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns, notable with OpenTable Marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, PR, and brand storytelling, with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving sales.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence senior leadership.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality, food, and experiential marketing, with a keen eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
