This role is perfect for a marketing professional with a proven track record in recruitment or property sectors. Coming from any sector will be considered, but the nature of recruitment lends itself well to Property Investment and of course with the client being a property firm means any marketing experience within property is beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Be able and competent in designing and creating marketing material such as property brochures and development information packs.
  • Manage the marketing department which includes developing and mentoring the team, and in time recruit additional team members.
  • Ensure inter department collaboration to maximise content quality and reaching the correct target market.
  • Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximise ROI and reach target audiences.
  • Create compelling blog content and manage social media platforms to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed proposals for client meetings, showcasing the firm's value proposition and unique offerings.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the recruitment or property sectors.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
