Head of Marketing - Leatherhead

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic client based in Leatherhead who are seeking a Head of Marketing to join their growing Marketing & Comms team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit organisation that really help make a difference to peoples lives!

The role will be responsible for managing the full marketing mix and developing the business online presence. You will play a pivotal role whilst managing, leading and motivating a team of 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing communications and social media platforms to increase awareness of the company
  • Managing a marketing team of 4 and working with other departments to ensure consistency of the brand
  • Strengthening engagements across platforms including social media, websites and appropriate affiliate organisations
  • Creating marketing content such as website content, marketing campaigns to showcase offerings to new and existing clients
  • Budget setting of costs and management

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience of managing a Marketing team
  • Have a qualification or degree within Marketing/comms or similar
  • Able to negotiate and persuade a variety of people at every level
  • Direct marketing & CRM management experience
  • Ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • Strong communication skills - able to think outside of the box
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
