Head of Marketing

Funky London Bar and Music Venue Group

Salary: 45-55k plus bonus and great benefits

Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing responsible for overseeing marketing and communications across various venues. This role includes managing social media, digital advertising, websites, marketing materials, brand partnerships, and PR. Working with this brand offers excellent perks and a vibrant company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all outputs across social platforms and in-house marketing channels, including websites, newsletters, and print collateral.
  2. Develop and implement clear strategies for weekly community engagement to build relationships with a young, sociable audience.
  3. Represent the brand as a digital ambassador at in-person social events with key influencers.
  4. Collaborate with Directors, Head of Entertainment, Head of Operations, and Venue Managers to plan, create, and deliver engaging events and content according to deadlines.
  5. Supervise the Social Media & Marketing Executive in creating engaging content that resonates with users.
  6. Manage the marketing budget effectively across all venues.
  7. Coordinate with external agencies and designers to generate PR coverage and artwork.
  8. Ensure print collateral (menus, reservation cards, posters) is available at venues by working with venue managers.
  9. Brief external designers to produce high-quality artwork.
  10. Analyze and report marketing data quarterly.
  11. Expand social media channels to reach new audiences.
  12. Engage with the social community and manage queries on social channels.
  13. Research and monitor competitors' activities.
