Overview:
This role is going to be great for someone who feels they are surrounded by red tape and would thrive in an environment where large ideas and blue skies thinking are all accepted with open arms, as long as there is a commercial undertone.
The initial requirements will be for this individual to review the marketing function in order to develop a comprehensive strategy to be commercially viable for the foreseeable future. Ideally, this will be someone who has managed foreign markets and also third-party agency support, as well as an internal marketing team.
Person Spec:
We are looking for a talented marketer who has a diverse array of experience, mixed across both modern marketing as well as traditional FMCG marketing aspects. A real team player who collaborates easily and is perfectly willing to let the light shine just as much on those around them as on themselves.
The business is eager to bring life to their brands with different ideas. With plenty of funding and backing across the Senior Leadership Team, there is an exciting opportunity right here.
Attributes/Experience:
• Traditional Marketing Background.
• Established strategy developer
• Ability to demonstrate where they have grown recognised brands in the UK market across various channels, including retail, foodservice and wholesale.
• Confident relationship builder with team management experience.
• Excellent communicator- (Listener as well as talker)
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals
What's On Offer:
The individual will need to be flexible with travel.
You will manage your diary around the demands of the role and business.
Expected travel would require 1-2x around London and the Midlands.
