Salary up to £75,000 plus benefits

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Head of Marketing to lead and deliver high-impact, multi-channel marketing strategies. This senior leadership role requires a strong track record in strategic marketing, creating multi channel marketing briefs, and team leadership—ideally within a service-oriented or regulated industry.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, third-party agencies, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities for this Head of Marketing job include:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead a high-performing marketing team and manage agency relationships.

  • Oversee digital, SEO, content, and social media marketing.

  • Manage events, campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional programmes.

  • Conduct strategic analysis to guide messaging and positioning.
