Title: Senior Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing
Salary: Between £60,000 - £80,000 + bonus and benefits
Location: Hybrid, Kent Area (Ideally in office but open minded for the right person)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a luxury retail business who has excelled their brand to new heights in recent years. Reporting directly to the Founders, we are looking for a well-versed and hands on marketing expert to drive brand execution, social media strategy and digital marketing initiatives.
You will be a pro active individual, working individually, coordinating agencies and collaborating with internal staff to drive sales and smash new marketing achievements. As this is a smaller, Founder led business you will be required to be hands on, get into the nitty gritty and truly drive all areas of marketing, making this an exciting opportunity for the next step in any ones career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and increase brand awareness and engagement through partnerships, large scale activation's, influencer & affiliate programs, PR, developing creative assets and ensuring new product launches are smooth and efficient.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of influencer strategies across multiple social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook etc.
- Plan and oversee email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Create, maintain and optimize a detailed monthly marketing calendar, coordinating internal/external support for all activities required.
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies for paid social.
- Manage and report on marketing budgets (forecast VS actuals) across channels, drafting and pitching budget proposals for key activations.
- Report on monthly & quarterly KPI metrics and work with the Founders to set targets and KPI's across the likes of website sessions, conversion rates, customer acquisition, purchase gaps, and retention.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in Marketing management in Retail, Brand, Fashion or Accessories (Preferred).
- Proven experience planning and implementing marketing campaigns through social media, email and print.
- Experience building out robust influencer and affiliate programs.
- Awareness and interest to work within the luxury space.
- Keen to operate independently, with a view to hire a small team in the future.
- Want and ability to work in the Kent area. We are open to hybrid working or fractional nature for the right person but being in office will be important from time to time.
- Experience managing and reporting on budgets and performance.
